Camp Info
WHO: Ages 12-17 (Coed)
ABOUT: Become a better athlete and dominate your sport. Learn to get bigger, stronger, and faster while building confidence on and off the field. This camp focuses on creating a strong foundation in body mechanics, lifting techniques, and movement, giving athletes a performance edge.
Campers will work daily with barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells, focusing on technique, strength, and agility. Each session builds on the last, promoting growth in confidence and body control. The program includes:

Campers will also develop proper running and recovery techniques. All coaches are former college athletes and certified trainers, bringing their unique expertise to each activity. Expect a mix of instruction, competition, and fun, emphasizing team building and leadership.
