What We Stand For

The GRIND. We strive to grow our members physically and mentally. Anyone can work out, but we focus on training our clients and educating them on body mechanics. Established in 2013, we’ve recently rededicated ourselves to serving the Baltimore area with a duel threat exercise regiment. Our method of helping you reach your goals is why GRIND is unique. Our programmers design workouts that challenge members of all levels. Each workout is structured around weight lifting, olympic lifts, gymnastics, core strength, and cardio. We pride ourselves in pushing our clients day in and day out so they can reach their ideal fitness goal sooner. We equip you with everything you need - knowledge, power, experience, and toughness. We’re going to pump you up! Strengthen and tone your body by letting one of our certified pros teach you proper form and different fitness routines. This will help to improve endurance, build muscle mass, rev up your metabolism and develop maximum strength. Your beach body will thank you.

Join one of our trainers for an hour of unique exercises to tighten and strengthen your body. This type of training allows for a wide variety of exercises that works every muscle group. Kinesis will improve all fitness areas by emphasizing coordination, balance and core strength.
