What We Stand For :

The GRIND. We strive to grow our members physically and mentally. Anyone can work out, but we focus on training our clients, educating them on body mechanics, nutrition and selfcare. Established in 2013, we’ve recently rededicated ourselves to serving the Baltimore area with a duel threat exercise regiment. Our workout routines will help you reach your goals, and is exactly why GRIND is unique. Our programmers design workouts that challenge members of all levels. Each workout is structured around weight lifting, olympic lifts, gymnastics, core strength, and cardio. We pride ourselves in pushing our clients day in and day out. Ultimately allowing them reach their ideal fitness goal(s) sooner. We equip you with everything you need - knowledge, power, experience, and toughness.
