The GRIND. We strive to grow our members physically and mentally. Anyone can work out, but we focus on training our clients, educating them on body mechanics, nutrition and selfcare. Established in 2013, we’ve recently rededicated ourselves to serving the Baltimore area with a duel threat exercise regiment. Our workout routines will help you reach your goals, and is exactly why GRIND is unique. Our programmers design workouts that challenge members of all levels. Each workout is structured around weight lifting, olympic lifts, gymnastics, core strength, and cardio. We pride ourselves in pushing our clients day in and day out. Group fitness training is the most effective way to reach your fitness goals. Our staff will work one on one with you to keep you motivated and educated while you focus on your goal. We have a wide range of training tools such as Functional Fitness, Metcon Group Fitness, and Conditioning.
High intensity interval training combines a mixture of strength movements and metabolic conditioning to maximize calorie burn and lean muscle gain.
Classes consist of functional movements. Focusing on gymnastics, endurance, and lifting. Workouts are performed at a high intensity.
Classes consist of a strength, skill, and metabolic conditioning portion. Focus is on gaining strength, gymnastic capacity, and overall endurance. Workouts are performed at a high intensity and skill level.
A functional fitness hybrid class pulling elements from various disciplines including CrossFit, HIIT and Olympic Lifting. Designed to keep the athlete moving for 60-90 minutes with an emphasis on increased strength, endurance and conditioning.
Join one of our trainers for an hour of unique exercises to tighten and strengthen your body. This type of training allows for a wide variety of exercises that works every muscle group. Kinesis will improve all fitness areas by emphasizing coordination, balance and core strength.
